I have recently learned some very sensitive and heartbreaking information, and thought it would be appropriate to share with the community. Echohue passed away on November 8, 2025, at 22 years old. This is all the information I have regarding the circumstances of his death, confirmed by an obituary and other connections I have with him on social media. Please be respectful and considerate and respect his and his family’s privacy, and please avoid any speculation and gossip.
For those who didn’t know him, he is most known for his creation of the Premier city of Sunshine Coast and the state of Bahia. He became member in August 2018, and served as a MRT staff member for nearly 2 years. He was most active from 2018 to 2020, and was on infrequently in the following years, popping on from time to time.
As someone who has met him IRL and known him for 8 years, I have spoken and already informed a handful of other MRT members he knew closely and have met IRL before, and we thought it’d be nice to have a place for people to share their memories about Echo, so I have received permission for an area in Sunshine Coast to be for players to place signs or books, with a warp being up in the events area from in Central Park.
This is a sensitive and difficult situation, and I’d ask that any public conversation stemming from this message focus around condolences or positive memories involving Echohue out of respect. Please reach out to your family, friends, or a professional if you have other feelings about this that you’d like to talk through or process.
